    I would like to see water quality projects in the City of York be put into consideration. Granted all of the above are important, but if we do not have clean waters, who would live here to enjoy all of these programs and ideas? Water bills continue to go up because York Water has to remove countless pollutants in the water and its only going to get worse. I am a little disappointed this was not an option to choose from.
