What kind of feedback would you like to provide on the HUD mandated 2024 draft Annual Action Plan?
The City of Winchester receives Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As a grantee, the Consortium must submit an Annual Action Plan to HUD that provides a conscise summary of the actions, activities, and the specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs and specific goals identified in the City of Winchester's Consolidated Plan. The City is finalizing its 2024 Annual Action Plan for submission to HUD and as part of the process, we're seeking community feedback. Your feedback helps the City determine ways to designate and spend the limited funds to advance urban renewal, neighborhood development, open space, historic preservation, public facilities, neighborhood facilities, and utilities.
Please visit the City of Winchester's webpage "Plans and Publications" and select additional plans and publications to see the draft 2024 Annual Action Plan or click here.
