Please provide any additional comments, concerns or suggestions for consideration by the designers or City engineers as they finalize the design: Consider adding additional cost to the construction budget to continue the existing landscape buffer along Crosshaven Drive behind rear the of townhouses on Overton Manor Lane from corner of Greendale Road & Crosshaven Drive to the start of the existing landscape buffer. This is not a safety issue, but would provide a much nicer visual transition into the City of Vestavia from Mountain Brook.

If yes, which locations do you feel would benefit the most? In addition to a sidewalk along Greendale Rd, have a proper pedestrian crosswalk along Crosshaven would also be helpful. It can be very dangerous trying to cross that road.

There are no streetlamps or shoulders making this area dangerous to walk particularly when walking a dog or with another person or child
