Pedestrian Walkway – Public Comment

The City of Vestavia Hills, in conjunction with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), is in the preliminary design phase for proposed improvements on SR-3 (US-31). This project involves the construction of pedestrian bridge over SR-3 (US-31) in the City of Vestavia Hills at Wald Park and the Vestavia Hills Library. Representatives from the City of Vestavia Hills and the design consultants will present information on the project during the April 8, 2019 City Council Meeting at 6pm at Vestavia Hills City Hall (1032 Montgomery Highway, 35216). You will have the opportunity to review and discuss the proposed project with these representatives. Your written comments are needed to advance the project. Comments may be submitted to the City of Vestavia Hills via this survey online, in person during the April 8 Council meeting or by mail to the City of Vestavia Hills. Comments must be received by 2 p.m. CST Friday, April 26, 2019.
