Can you please provide a link to the Second Amendment to Liberty Park PUD traffic study to the city website, SECTION 6.9.2.4.n. states this is on file with the city? Thank you!

The preliminary traffic study has been submitted and is pending review by City of Vestavia Hills Engineering staff. A link to the document will be published to the Private Development page of the City website (https://vhal.org/economy/private-development-projects) under the Documents & Presentations subhead following staff review.

Any idea when?

Can you please explain what the expected timeline is for construction of the new elementary school, assuming the build-out rates for the Bray development progress as expected?

It is difficult to predict the timeline for elementary school construction at this juncture. Once The Bray project is underway, school system administration will closely monitor student population and will determine project timelines based on the progress of home buildout.
