I don't think the teachers should grade on organization. That is something that should be taught at home.

Oral presentations should be includes. All the others I believe are covered under the other 3 headings. Class attendance rules itself out in how long it takes the student to return make up work under the current guidelines.
Below are sample grading scales for review. Next to each scale are calculations of how 3 students (high achieving, mid-achieving & low achieving) would fare academically if 6 of their assignments were graded using that scale. Do you have suggestions of a grading scale for the committee to consider?
