Employers operating in the City of Tukwila - that meet criteria in Tukwila Municipal Code (TMC) 5.63 - Labor Standards for Certain Employees as an employer covered by the Tukwila Minimum Wage Ordinance - must annually certify compliance by submitting this online form by January 31st.
The form confirms met Ordinance requirements for the prior calendar year, or the months you were operating during the prior calendar year. Employers required to annually certify compliance to TMC 5.63, but fail to do so by January 31st, are subject to the enforcement provisions set forth in TMC 5.63.090.
