What needs are most pressing to you, and what actions do you think the City of Tucson should take to address these needs?

Every five years, the City of Tucson Housing and Community Development Department creates a plan to identify and address the needs of the most vulnerable members of our community as well as neighborhoods that have historically lacked investment. The City is due for an updated plan. The People, Communities, and Homes Investment Plan (P-CHIP), focuses on the barriers to opportunity facing low-income Tucsonans then allocates funding (both federal and local) to help create pathways, strengthen resources, and build an infrastructure of opportunity for those in Tucson who need it the most.
