How should the budget be divided between People, Communities, and Homes?

The City of Tucson’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) receives federal funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as some City funds*, which we use to invest in three broad categories: People, Communities, and Homes. Funds are limited, so use this tool to help us determine how much of the overall funding should go to each category as we develop the People, Communities, and Homes Investment Plan (P-CHIP). *HCD receives annual allocations of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funds from HUD, as well as an annual allocation of City of Tucson General Funds.
