Where are the wells? Not just in the city. Do we not pay for CAP water, too? I see surcharges on my bill! The septic lie being spread is just that: false info.
COT found a potentially "healthy", easily implemented revenue stream to the tune of double-digit millions. Now they are playing State-style divisive politics with their own here in the City & County. All of us residents here need to stick together on this opposition, and tell City administrators to stop their childish/junior high reaction to a pile of money that would only divide the citizens. Find a state-funded alternative! Yes, COT & Pima County need to put more responsibility & accountability on the State; we pay plenty to them.
