    Return it to home owners. Why are only certain areas getting hit with higher rates? Who came up with that ridiculous idea?

    My water is already too high, especially with COVID affecting my (and many families) incomes as well as savings accounts taking a hit. People are rebuilding after the financial impact of COVID so the proposal to increase rates by up to 50% by the end of five years is insane!
