What is the main reason that the 36th & La Cholla site is of interest to you?
Other - I'm a concerned about Tucson continuing to sprawl, which impacts people (because they have to spend more money on transportation and spend more time commuting) and it impacts our natural environment.

How does the City plan to pay long-term for the costs of maintaining the infrastructure needed to support this development?
It looks like many/most of the goals in Plan Tucson do not support this type of project, especially since it sounds like infrastructure (roads, sewer, water, etc.) will need to be added in order to support the development. Plus, it's located in the peripheries of town and is green space. There are a lot of vacant and underutilized parcels in Tucson that should be developed first to support growth in Tucson, not pristine desert.
