What additional comments or questions do you have regarding the 36th and La Cholla site?
Where FLD is concerned, prohibit these projects from intact desert land around Tucson. It is insult to desert and all our ancestors. Work to mitigate their heat island effect on non-desert land. Don't add to heat as it is one of the key problems Tucson specifically has with climate change! (cooling roofs...non-concrete structures...road composition...grey water and appropriate plantings on lots ...are some ideas to reduce heat) TMP does want this property. City/County can work together for funding. Tax money is available from Starr Pass Resort due the city that can be used. That's a start.
