Most individuals either responding to this survey or prior meetings seem to think that the city can do what it wants with this property, when in fact it is private property.
Development in the area would be better accepted if the city would only comply with the promises it made when the area was annexed. The residential roads are a joke. La Cholla and 36th backup to almost Cholla High School at rush hour.
I would like to see a change in the commonly accepted practice of "Not in my neighborhood."
I support the project and the zone variance, but IONLY if the City will fix the current problems.
