    • Other - I'm a concerned about Tucson continuing to sprawl, which impacts people (because they have to spend more money on transportation and spend more time commuting) and it impacts our natural environment.

    It looks like a majority of Plan Tucson's goals prioritize infill and preserving untouched green space, especially in our peripheries and with projects that would require new (or expanding) infrastructure, such as roads, sewer, water, etc.
    Which goals and policies in Plan Tucson support the upzoning of this development area? And, how are the Plan Tucson goals and policies that specifically conflict with project being weighted/considered by the City? How does the City plan to pay long-term for the costs of maintaining the infrastructure needed to support this development?
