  • What additional comments or questions do you have regarding the 36th and La Cholla site?

    My main concern is traffic congestion. There are not a lot of lanes in this area, I believe it's one lane per direction. I think that if there is more housing and more cars then the heat is going to increase in this area and congestion driving. I would rather see the environment used to enhance its natural state, instead of putting concrete over the Earth.
    I understand that we need more affordable housing, however I think that it would be better to revitalize areas that are already have concrete, road and an infrastructure. Like some of the plazas that had businesses which are no longer functioning and they're mostly empty lots.
