    If it cannot be preserved as a natural resource, then it should have the least impact on the environment and on the natural beauty and natural flora and fauna that have aways existed there. There are tons of alternate locations that would be more suitable for affordable, high-density housing. There is nothing about such housing that would bring anything positive to this location.
