What additional comments or questions do you have regarding the 36th and La Cholla site?
While I think it is inevitable, I think the zoning should remain in place. This project will increase traffic and put additional strains on the already fragile infrastructure. I didn't see anything in the proposal that would ameliorate ANY of the concerns of the citizens that attended. Further, that includes housing for middle income people. I did not see anything from the developer that indicated their responsibility for ecologically sound practices or infrastructure improvements.
