    • Other - The ability to access uncrowned streets and still have a natural ecosystem to walk in.

    While development is inevitable it does not require modifications to the existing density agreement. The increase in housing is not intended to prove affordable housing but to line the pockets of out of state developers. Compromise, allow the development, secure the natural in iron net and reduce the increase in traffic. If you travel. 36th/ La Cholla between 4:30 and 5:00 pm you will see traffic backed up from star pass to Ajo.Often the cross streets are blocked at the intersection of 36/La Cholla due to heavy traffic. increased housing will make it worse. Please help us by offering the compromise. Thank you for listening to your constituents.
