The proposed revision to current standards is unacceptable. There are plenty of areas that have already been disturbed and not in their natural desert open space with in City limits that can be rezoned. Tucson is slowly loosing it's identity to investors who care more about the bottom line than the preservation of natural habitat, culture and the longstanding community neighborhoods.
