What additional comments or questions do you have regarding the 36th and La Cholla site?
An overwhelmng majority of residents of westside devopment oppose the rezoning and proposed developement saying no the the rezoning. We live with the already congested roads, and this developement would be at the most problematic area, Mission-Ajo-La Cholla area. I just attended the meeting with Lane Santa Cruz and Scott Clark and no benefit for the rezoning was reported other than the finacial gain of the developer. There was no map provided of what the proposed lots would look like until it was specfically asked for. I hope that our clear opposition to the proposed rezoning and delopement is respected and that your asking to hear from us was because you wanted to know that we want. That js, to maintain the integrity of our neighborhood and the desert around us. It is why most of us live here. I for one, do not wish for the funky flavor to be disturbed by a cookie cutter houseing developement.
