What additional comments or questions do you have regarding the 36th and La Cholla site?
This beautiful parcel, with the large wash running through it, is not suited for high density housing. Whatever housing is put on the site should be clustered with a large percentage of the site left natural and with well-located paths and playgrounds. Affordable housing is important, but it does not have to be everywhere and it should not be in conflict with the existing low-density housing that is nearby.
