The Office of Council Member Lane Santa Cruz and City of Tucson Planning & Development Services are seeking input on community priorities as they relate to development options at 36th and La Cholla.
The goal of this survey is to engage a diverse cross-section of westside neighbors and stakeholders and solicit feedback regarding how to best balance ecological, economic, and social equity interests regarding development options at 36th and La Cholla. The community engagement process will identify community priorities, develop a set of solutions, share options with property owners, and inform the Mayor and Council in their decision regarding the request for a change of condition to the existing MH-1 zoning at the 36th and La Cholla site.
