Which ADU designs would you like to see in Tempe?

Architects and designers were asked to submit their most innovative designs for Tempe's ADU Design Challenge. The following survey will serve as your opportunity to impact our decision making to help select designs that reflect community preferences. 

In this survey you'll see designs we've received in four categories: (1) Small Footprint ADU, (2) Sustainable ADU, (3) Accessible ADU, and (4) Low-Cost ADU. Review the designs and let us know which ADU you'd like to see made available as a pre-approved plan. 

You will be asked to rate each submittal from 1 to 5, with 5 being a stongly preferred design. An image of the design and brief description is included in the survey for each submittal as well as estimated cost to construct and cost to license or purchase the plans. Full submittals can be viewed by selecting "View the Full Submittal Here" for each submittal. You may rate designs based on any available information and preferences you have as a community member and we will ask for feeback at the end of the suvery regarding what criteria you used to rate each design.
