Share your feedback on preferences for Character Area 6 (Survey 2)

Planning a Character Area helps to ensure that any development in the area is compatible with the existing character of the area and supports the preferences of the community. It is created using input from neighborhoods and businesses on design and land use patterns and residential, commercial, and other land use characteristics. The plan also considers what makes this area of Tempe, loosely bounded by US 60, I-10, Tempe’s southern boundary, and Kyrene Road, distinct from neighboring areas.
