Comments / Other Suggestions for Location 1:
To make this and other sections of ECR safer, the volume of traffic must be reduced. The speed limit must be reduced; 40 mph is excessive where pedestrians are prevalent and of course few observe the speed limit so it must be enforced.

Bike lane barriers. This area has, I believe, the highest rate of bike accidents to total of any so far in the survey. It seems to me that there is/are school speed zones in this area; are they not working? Then enforcement would seem to be the most important response, not only by camera but also by traffic officers.
