The City of Sunnyvale has developed a draft Five-Year Strategic Plan to Address Homelessness. We developed the Plan taking into account existing City funding, state and federal funding requirements, past community input, County-provided services, and the 2025 Point-in-Time Homelessness Count. You can read the draft Plan on the City's website.

To gather additional community feedback, we are hosting public meetings and conducting this survey.

Your feedback will help us refine the Plan in preparation for presenting it to the City Council for consideration.
