I have not read the code completely, however I would like to make one important suggestion regarding street parking.
A large number of residential areas in Sugar Land have common mail boxes as one standing mail delivery system. These are used to deliver mail to the neighborhood homes. Many times the mail boxes are blocked by parked cars and the mail delivery person does not deliver the mail, sometime for several days!
I suggest that the city make a rule to make it illegal and a parking violation to park cars in front of the mail box. The car owner (or driver) should get a ticket for this violation. This will assure that the mail is delivered properly.
If this is already a law then it should be publicized and implemented.

If the Sugar Land Planning and Zoning Commission recommends to divide New Territory into multiple zones, the Commission owes the New Territory residents an explanation on what the reasons are, what the benefits to the neighborhood, and the details on protection of their property values.

Regarding the zoning, my preference is to keep entire New Territory in the same zone. I believe in doing so Our Children would have one voice and would be able to better serve Sugar Land as a one community. In this regard they will be able to escalate issues to their one representative in Sugar Land City Council. Being together will allow future generations to get more involved and contribute to the greater good for the city and country.
