The City government should stay out of the art business. Our city government has stuck its noise into our personal business enough. We still get brown water every time there is a break in the water lines. We no longer have back door garbage pickup ( Now the big cans take-up about a fourth of our streets on garbage days. We still have pot holes and our streets are not cleaned on a regular basis. So, please stay out of this business.
