Are there areas of concern you have with the current Ethics Code?
Conflicts of interest and receipt of gifts are areas of concern for me.
Are there issues you believe are missing from the current Ethics Code that need to be addressed?
There should be a no gift policy. This is common in business and should reduce the perception of a conflict of interest. There is no situation where a council member or appointee should be able to enrich themselves due to their position with the city.
Any other additional information you would like the Citizens Ethics Task Force to consider?
