Small water feature capable of handling Model Boats, e.g. small children's toy sail boats and electric powered model radio control boats and children fishing activities

In maintaining the present nature of the lake, please include dredging the lake to increase the wildlife. Trails, picnic areas are certainly part of the proposed area. Planting native flowers would be a plus. Wi-fi would be wonderful.

Splash pad, dog park/fenced play area, kid friendly hiking trails, picnic areas, fishing piers, canoe/kayak/petal boat rental, playground and multipurpose athletic field.
