November 10, 2025, Public Hearing: Preliminary Plat & Final Plat of Zak Addition

Nichulis and Nicole Zak are requesting to preliminary and final plat their 40-acre parcel into two 10-acre residential parcels and two 10-acre outlots.  Their 40-acre parcel and surrounding parcels are located in section 7 of New Market Township and are zoned Rural Residential Reserve (RR-1), which allows a development density of 1 dwelling unit per 10 acres and a 10-acre minimum lot size.  The property has road frontage and access to 233^rd Street East, a gravel New Market Township Road, which connects to Texas Avenue (County Road 27) approximately ½ mile to the east.
