July 14, 2025, Public Hearing: Amend Conditional Use Permit #616-C-8 Issued to Mid America Festivals Corporation to Operate the Minnesota Renaissance Festival Modifications to On-Site Parking Numbers and Overflow Parking Lot

Mid America Festivals is requesting an amendment to their Conditional Use Permit to:

• Increase the number of on-site Parking Passes sold daily, from 7,000 to 7,700 (10% increase)
• Allow reselling, or replenishing, of daily on-site Parking Passes as vehicles exit from the site with no time restriction (currently the CUP allows reselling only after 1:30 pm).  At no time could on-site parking exceed 7,000 (or 7,700 if approved)
• Allow use of the Green Fairy Lot for overflow parking
