Randal & Lou Ann Wagner are requesting an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to add a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit to their property located in Section 29, New Market Township. The Wagner’s have a farm home on a 10-acre parcel, adjacent to their 47-acre farmstead property, and they also own approximately 140-acres of adjacent agricultural land, all zoned UER, Urban Expansion Reserve. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) are separate residential units allowed on a residential parcel, which can either be an attached unit to the main home or a detached unit if a property has 5 or more acres.
