May 12, 2025, Public Hearing: Sever’s Festivals LLC - Interim Use Permit Amendment

Severs Festivals is requesting to amend their IUP to add the make the 2-day cannabis event “Doobie Dabbler” annually part of their fall festival event and to allow the addition of private events throughout the year as outlined in their application submittal narrative.  Attached to this report, Severs provided an aerial of the festival grounds as well as explanation narratives and aerial layouts for both the Doobie Dabbler and Private Events.  These modifications would be made to the conditions of the IUP as outlined in the Conditions of Approval included in this report.
