October 14, 2024, Public Hearing: Preliminary Plat & Final Plat of Hessian One
Agricultural Preservation District, to A-3, Agricultural Preservation Density District, in 2022 and platted as Outlot A East Laredo Estates, which created two lots and two outlots on either side of 260th Street East. Outlots A and B of East Laredo Estates have three building eligibilities that are available under the 1 per 40 agricultural zoning; one of which will be used to create this lot.
The Outlot A property consists of 55 acres of agricultural crop land and just over 22 acres of woodland in the northwest and northeast corners. The 8 wooded acres in the northwest corner previously had a home and farm buildings until they were removed in 2018. The applicants intend to create a building site in the same location on the 8.12 acres proposed as Lot 1 Hessian One. The remaining land area will become Outlot A of Hessian One and will continue to be used for agricultural purposes.
