Scott Watershed Management Organization Watershed Plan Update
WELCOME!
The Scott Watershed Management Organization (SWMO) is launching its public input process for the 2027 update of its Watershed Management Plan. Over the past six years, SWMO staff and partners have accomplished many of the implementation items in the current plan. At this early stage in the update process, we would like to understand what issues and opportunities you feel are most important to consider. Your feedback will help ensure that surface and groundwater are sustainably managed and protect over the next decade.

The Scott Watershed Management Organization covers 283 square miles of Scott County. If you live within the Scott WMO area of the county, this Watershed Plan and the priorities and actions in this plan will apply to you.
