This survey offers the opportunity to provide input on the design of the New Public Mini Park (Art Park) at 3000 Patrick Henry Drive. The space will consist of a 5,000 SF of interior civic space for a Community Arts Center and approximately 9,250 square feet (0.21 acres) of parkland. The Mini Park Art Walk will bring a variety of outdoor art-focused experiences to the users. Two large permanent focal art elements anchoring each end of the linear park will be dedicated by SummerHill, and the City will curate and manage periodic/temporary art displays located throughout the linear park. Summerhill wants to know what features you would like the Art Walk to include.
The Parks & Recreation Commission heard a presentation on this project on 11/15/22 (item 22-1356). You may review it for additional images and information on the project.
We appreciate your input by December 13.
