New housing developers are required to dedicate parkland to serve new City residents and reduce potential impacts on the existing park system. In the Council approved Tasman East Specific Plan (TESP), a new 0.85 acre mini park will be located at 2263 Calle Del Mundo. Because the park will be comprised of two parcels (A and B), developed and dedicated at separate times by separate developers, the goal is to have a single, cohesive park experience. For reference, the Summerhill residential development has an approved design for Parcel A and its amenities 1-4 (see diagram and Report to Council #20-671). The public input is requested on the Ensemble mini park Parcel B under design by The Guzzardo Partnerhsip, Inc. Proposed park amenities for Parcel B are provided in numerical order 5-10. Thank you for participating.
