The City of Santa Clara wants your feedback on potential tobacco policies. The City is exploring an ordinance to prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products within the City of Santa Clara. With this ordinance, the City would establish a tobacco retailer permit which would prohibit sales of flavored e-cigarettes, e-liquids, flavored cigars, little cigars, flavored hookah, and menthol cigarettes in Santa Clara.
