    • Public Safety - Embrace and work towards action items by reputable organizations to initaite police reform. The use of force and intimidation (tear gas, pushing, showing up in riot gear) was unacceptable, and failure to hold counter protest to justice reform accountable for harrasment or other abuses (e.g., motor cyclist that cut pedestrian protesters off and hit one or two, then filed a police report against them). The American Psychological Association for example has put in place a action item for equitable and community-responsive police practices. Reprimand department leadership of police and other public offices when they violoate oaths to office and California constitution to serve public equally. Promote transparent budgets and reduce over-investment in policing at expense of non-harmful public safety practices (e.g., education, mental health profesionals, public ad campaigns promoting civility and awareness of resources).
    • Affordable Housing & Homelessness - Work towards affordable housing and publicly investigate/learn about historical practices that lead to a segregated community in housing and access to services, including expanding options for affordable and permanent housing.
    • Budget Model - Make decisions that does not seek to increase "profits" as they main goal, but to serve the community and create safety nets for small businesses and residents that reduces the cost to individuals born by people and small businesses.
