    • Healthcare. To me this includes promoting safety around covid-19 with stronger messaging from the city and an equitable distribution of the vaccine when it is available. It also includes pushing for medicare for all, acknowledging that healthcare is a right that everyone should have and that the government can and should pay for it. The majority of the more economically developed countries besides the U.S. have some version of this and it is shameful that with such a high GDP we still let people go bankrupt for needing medical treatment.
