How and where should the temporary use of public streets and parking for outdoor dining and safe physical distancing be implemented to promote Downtown vitality and community safety?

To support safe enjoyment of their communities and support local businesses, cities throughout the nation are creating new public spaces in streets, along sidewalks, and in parking lots to allow appropriate physical distancing for walking, outdoor dining, and shopping. The City of San Luis Obispo is considering a number of similar temporary measures.
