Replace, reprint existing street signage. Many, many existing brown & white street signs are so faded that they cannot be read from even a short distance.
Reduce creeks from visual pollution. stolen shopping carts overflowing with discarded belongings of the homeless are increasing along the creeksides.
Plan and implement road construction prior to approving new developments. Observe the congestion and traffic noise in the Lower Higuera/Los Osos Valley Road area. Prado Road Highway 101 overpass is needed now,!
Enforce the city codes for traffic noise and speeds in the area of Los Osos Valley Rd., HIghera Street and Tank Farm Road.
