Repair Monterey St (especially from Santa Rosa to California). This is the northern entrance to our town and its condition is ridiculous.
SLO needs to live within its means. Lots of talk about affordable housing, but how about affordable living. No new 1% additional sales tax.
Homelessness is not a crime, but stealing bikes, trespassing, etc. Is. Address that!
