Reduce traffic congestion. (Although its not too bad right now with everyone sequestered at home!) - a high priority
Provide incentives to Cal Poly students to fill employment needs in town (free transport to/from campus; matching funds to reduce their student loans). This way we won't have to build so many new homes in trying to attract a larger workforce.
