The City of San Luis Obispo invites you to participate in a brief survey for the Upper Monterey Area! We are interested in hearing about your current experience and thoughts on potential areas of improvements.
The Upper Monterey Area was identified as Policy 8.2.2 in the 2014 Land Use Element (LUE) and is a portion of the Monterey street corridor that extends from Santa Rosa Street to Highway 101. The City has long envisioned the creation of an area plan to address specific needs such as parking, public improvements, mobility, building design, and other important considerations. The list of action items, originally identified in the 2014 LUE, are being revisited by the City to determine whether these items remain relevant or should be updated.
Please take the survey by 5:00 p.m. on February 7, 2025. Your feedback is important because it would help the City refine the scope of the area plan to better reflect current needs and priorities.
For any questions, please contact Associate Planner, Hannah Hanh at [email protected] or (805) 781-7432.
