Michael Codron did not listen to the community, and was a poor community development director because his priorities went first to developers. Projects have been rammed down our throats. The project on Foothill has already killed one young man, and God only knows how many more it will kill. The CDD must put safety first, harmony with surrounding neighborhood second.
