Other - Sandpoint has wonderful assets with the lake and the ski mountain but so do McCall, CDA & Boise. All cities of any size in Idaho are on a lake or river. All Idaho cities have historical neighborhoods and buildings. We are not unique.

City beach but only so long as the city leaves it natural - grass, water, sand - NO rinky dink merry-go-round that is one woman's "dream."
Memorial Field has been but the city is about to ruin that.
First Avenue was until the city made it impossible to access it.
The library is our most valuable asset and most appreciated by a majority of the community.

Other - Putting city hall back downtown is ridiculous. Why? For one thing, city hall pays no property taxes. Do you really want to put a prime piece of downtown real estate into a non-tax paying category? Why build a parkng structure no one will pay to use?
