Removal of maximum # of bedrooms and slight increase in square footage allowance.
Would you support a change to the Sandpoint City Code that would allow for smaller lot sizes than currently allowed to provide more housing options (i.e. townhouses or other fee simple attached single family units or smaller detached homes).

What would improve your neighborhood?
Ways to cross Division Ave. on foot and more sidewalks. Improving the pedestrian experience along Division Ave would make walking there much safer and pleasant (e.g. planting trees, increasing distance between sidewalk and asphalt). Allowing denser options along busier traffic corridors like Division Ave would go a long way in creating better neighborhoods. Denser uses buffer busy roads from surrounding lower dense uses. Folks living on arterials hardly ever use their front yards since it is so unpleasant. Designating single family zoning abutting roads with high traffic counts is bizarre and inappropriate.
